GTI Systems is ready-made and rented by the month. We host it and keep it up to date; you run your business on it, and can download a full encrypted backup whenever you want. Hosting is included in the price.

- Bigger changes that need new work just for you are quoted in writing first
A website that works with GTI Systems: £10 + VAT a month
Enquiries from your website go straight into your pipeline. Up to about 5 pages, hosting included, 12-month minimum then monthly. Bigger sites are quoted. A website and hosting on its own, without GTI Systems, is £59 + VAT a month.

Is the price per user?
No. It is one price per business, with as many users as you need.
Is VAT included?
No. The price is £159 + VAT a month: £190.80 including VAT at 20%.
Can it be changed to suit us?
Your company details, products, workshop stages, staff, roles and settings are all set up for your business. We keep improving GTI Systems for everyone, and reasonable requests are considered as part of that. A bigger change that needs new work just for you is a paid extra, quoted in writing before it starts.
Where is my data, and can I get it out?
GTI Systems is hosted by us. You can download a full encrypted backup of all your data and files whenever you want, plus spreadsheet downloads of payments, stock and reports.
Do you help with our data?
You bring your own data in from spreadsheets. Customers, suppliers, products and stock each have a ready-made template to download and fill in, with a short guide, and importing again updates what is there rather than duplicating it.
Is hosting included?
Yes. GTI Systems is hosted by us at no extra charge. If we build your website, it is £10 + VAT a month with hosting included.
Do you build websites?
Yes. We build websites that work with GTI Systems, so enquiries go straight into your pipeline. See Websites.
Can I pay by card?
No. Payment is by bank transfer, so there are no card fees.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Design Studio demo and the demonstration back office are open to everyone, and we are happy to give you a demo on work like yours.
Is the Design Studio included?
Yes. The Design Studio is part of GTI Systems at no extra cost. It is coming into the system; until then you can try the working demo on this website.
