Customer accounts under your name
Your customers sign up on your website and confirm their email, and their account joins their customer record in GTI Systems. If it might be a duplicate, your office decides.
Proofs approved online
Your customer opens the proof in their account and approves it or asks for a change, and the decision goes back onto the job. Approval given by phone or email is already recorded today.
Order progress for your clients

Can you connect our existing website?
Talk to us. It depends on how your current site is built, and connecting a site we didn't build is quoted separately.
Is hosting really included?
Yes. Your website is hosted by us, inside the monthly price, so there's no separate hosting bill.
Do we keep our email?
Yes. You keep your own email. GTI Systems connects to your mailbox, and you choose which addresses it sends from.
Who owns the domain and the content?
You do. If you ever leave, they stay yours, with no release fee.
Can customers order and pay online?
Not at the moment. Enquiries and quote requests come into GTI Systems, and payment is by bank transfer.
When will customer accounts and online proof approval be available?
They're built and in final testing, and they come with GTI Systems at no extra cost.
